  • First Session: During our first session, we’ll dive deeper into your experiences, explore what you’re hoping to achieve, and co-create a roadmap for your therapy journey.

  • Ongoing Support: Every session will be tailored to your needs and goals. Whether we’re working through specific challenges or cultivating tools for everyday resilience, you’ll be supported every step of the way.

  2. Complete Intake Forms: These forms will be sent to you before our meeting and will provide us with background information to better support you from the start.

  3. Prepare for Your First Session: We will send you a welcome email with all the details you need, including the virtual session format, and tips for your first session.
